FOUNDATION

Engage in a consistent training to increase your fitness level.

Learn new, specific drills to activate your weak muscles.

Strengthen it through constant, incremental repetition at your comfort zone.

1ST GEAR

Improve 1 AREA AT A TIME. Train on your arms if they are weak.

 Trains your hips & glutes area if you are sitting too long in the office. 

Strengthen them by weight loading with 2-3 sets of repetition.

2ND GEAR

Train your stamina and push your boundary by taking part in 

competitions; swimming, biathlon, obstacle courses, etc.

3RD GEAR

READY to challenge the next level, join an event that challenge your mind,

break your comfort zone and be a triathlete. Try a new game.

ACTIVITIES

CROSS FIT

Join new activities which you think seems impossible. The technique is what makes it possible to lift. NEVER LET GO.

Skill set:  Feet  facing front, straight back posture to lift. Arm power is strongly required.

Benefits:  Positive mindset, concentration.
